    Locanda’ s dishes tells a traditional Umbrian cooking hand down from Nonna Genoeffa.

    All products  are produced “ Km zero” , typical, Umbrian and genuine.
    Different recipes by different season.
    Our menu changes depending on the period and season, but quality is always guaranteed.
    The Costumer in Locanda can choose a very simple menu where all dishes is a story hand down from father to son.
    Homemade pasta and cakes, Torta al Testo with sliced ham ,salami etc. with cheeses from local producer.
    Wild boar, hare, fawn are Locanda’ s speciality, but costumers can also find pork meat cooked in a fireplace, lamb, beef and more from local butcher.
    A vegetarian and Celiac menu can also be arranged.
    La Cantinetta: the new space under the lLcanda, inside the old winery of the family’ s house is a underground space where you can taste a very typical Umbrian food and listen good live music.
